About the role
This role involves handling and coordinating import/export documentations, managing daily operations, inventory and receiving activities, and liaising with suppliers, logistics partners, customs agents and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate import/export documentations, including customs permits, K2 forms and MAQIS permits and any regulatory related documents
- Coordinate daily operations, inventory and receiving activities, ensuring goods and quantities are accurate and follow FIFO requirements to Singapore
- Maintain accurate records of pallet colours and quantities to ensure proper tracking and prevent discrepancies with suppliers, customers and landlords
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), SST exemption documents, invoices, Delivery Orders (DO) and other supporting documents
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, customs agents and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Verify and reconcile PO, DO, PI and inventory records using AutoCount or relevant systems
- Maintain proper records for SST, customs, regulatory and operational documentation
- Coordinate local logistics arrangements, including lorry deliveries, collections and ad-hoc transportation arrangements
- Assist with regulatory compliance, audit documentation and other operational matters when required
About you
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, purchasing, inventory or import/export administration
- Experience in SST, customs, MAQIS or import/export documentation is an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken; ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage
- Basic to good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and as a team player, with ability to coordinate effectively with different departments
- Responsible, proactive, customer-oriented and willing to learn
