Job summary

ZHENGXI TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a Warehouse / Production support role in Sepang. You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control.

You will coordinate with production and procurement teams and ensure proper warehouse documentation and compliance with 6S standards. Ideal candidates hold relevant logistics qualifications, can work independently, communicate effectively, and are willing to learn.

Qualifications

• SPM / certificate / diploma in logistics, warehouse management or related field.
• Basic MS Office or ERP system experience required.
• Knowledge of logistics management systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods against DO/PO.
• Check quantity, condition, product code, and packaging.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant department.
• Arrange and store goods by designated warehouse locations.
• Identify, label, and segregate stock correctly.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock counts.
• Prepare and pick goods for customer orders or delivery.
• Verify shipping documents before release of goods.
• Prepare warehouse documents like DOs and GRNs.
• Maintain 6S cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Job description

This is a Production role based in Sepang, reporting to the Production Manager. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, picking, packing and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper stock control, documentation, system updates, cordination in between production teeams and procurement teams, lastly the warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, and other relevant documents

Check goods for quantity, condition, product code, and packaging

Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant department

Arrange and store goods according to designated warehouse locations

Ensure proper identification, labelling, and segregation of stock

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation

Prepare and pick goods according to customer orders or delivery requirements

Verify shipping documents before goods are released

Prepare and maintain warehouse documents including Delivery Orders and Goods Received Notes

Maintain 6S cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries

About you

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge or experience with ERP systems

Knowledge of logistics management systems and data entry

Medically fit to perform job-related duties, including manual handling and deliveries

Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

Able to work independently

Good communication and teamwork skills. Mandarin speaking skills perferences as need to deal with China Suppliers

MOM Forklift Operator Licence is an advantage
