Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a shipping and logistics assistant to support daily operations, including import and export shipments. You will prepare and maintain shipping documents, coordinate with transporters, and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a minimum of SPM or a Diploma in Logistics, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Strong Excel/Word skills, good communication, coordination and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with experience in shipping, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
