Stream Environment Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based global leader in Automated Waste Collection Systems, seeks a meticulous Production Admin to support production documentation, SAP data entry, and inter-department coordination. The role is based in Kajang, Selangor.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Business Administration or related field with 2–3 years of production administration experience, and are fluent in English and Malay.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in production administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and control production-related documents, including work orders, production reports, drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Assist in preparing and retrieving documents for internal and external audits, ensuring all production records are properly maintained and organised.
• Update production data in the SAP system and provide general administrative support to the production team.
• Liaise with the Inventory Department on component transactions and transfers between Production and Inventory.
• Ensure accurate data entry and processing of production orders and component transfers in the SAP system.
• Monitor and maintain production employees' leave records and claims, as well as track production tools to ensure proper documentation, monitoring and control.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior to support the smooth operation of the department.
