Job summary

The role focuses on accurate reporting, stock control, and coordinating with various departments to keep production on target and drive continuous improvement. Candidates should have relevant production experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a production-related field.
• Relevant experience in production/manufacturing or F&B preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Ensure accurate entry of production data into SAP Tally and Excel; verify and update reports daily.
• Production Monitoring: Track daily output, raw material usage, and resolve production issues to meet targets.
• Stock Management: Conduct regular stocktakes, monitor material usage, and address stock variance.
• Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of production data, including daily reports and monthly CO2 usage to QC.
• Meetings & Coordination: Facilitate regular production meetings for smooth workflow and performance improvement.
