Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Klang seeks an Administration professional to manage production documentation and ensure records are complete and on time, with emphasis on GMP/SOP compliance and accurate batching records.

You will coordinate Batch Records, MPO sets, MLL, labeling and related documentation, scan records for client review, and maintain SAP-driven hologram reports with attention to traceability and quality control.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of repacking/relabeling and GMP standards.
• Fluency in local language and English preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure quality control on Batch Record documentation (MPO set, MLL, RWI).
• Record, file and control Batch Records for traceability and safekeeping.
• Scan Batch Records for client review and approval.
• Manage and update Hologram Report in SAP system.
