Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Product & Pricing Executive to manage product data, pricing, and system accuracy. This role plays a key part in ensuring our product information is well-organized, up-to-date, and reliable to support daily operations and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Setup & Data Entry

Create and maintain product barcodes, codes, and names

Capture clear, standardized product images

Upload and organize product details (category, weight, workmanship, supplier, etc.)

Calculate product cost and selling prices based on company formulas

Ensure pricing accuracy in the system

Monitor system gold price and market gold price trends and report any discrepancies

Data Maintenance & Coordination

Ensure all product data is complete, accurate, and consistent

Work closely with Accounting, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Perform regular data updates and backups

Reporting & Support

Provide product information and images to Sales & Marketing teams

Prepare reports for management (product listings, pricing, inventory data)

Requirements

Minimum Certificate or Diploma (Accounting, Business, IT, Design or related fields)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems

Basic photography skills

Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

Experience in jewelry or retail industry is an advantage

Knowledge of gold pricing calculations is a plus
