Job summary

YH Jewellery, a jewellery wholesale company, is seeking a Billing Executive to manage invoices, payments, and billing processes. The role involves coordinating with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely collections, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Fresh graduates or diploma holders are welcome; experience in billing is a plus. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an advantage, will help in communicating with clients.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or holders of a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or similar role is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese proficiency is advantageous for interactions with Chinese clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with good time management.
• Able to work independently with integrity and a proactive attitude, while being a team player.

At YH Jewellery, we believe strong financial discipline builds strong companies. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to help us manage expenses and customer payments, ensuring smooth cash flow and healthy financial control.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage the billing cycle, including invoice preparation, issuance, distribution and payment processing.

Liaise with Sales and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner.

Establish and maintain billing policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulations.

Prepare billing reports and perform analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously enhance billing processes.

What We Are Looking For

Fresh graduates/Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Candidates with experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or a similar role will have an added advantage.

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese proficiency will be an added advantage due to frequent communication with Chinese clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with good time management.
