Job summary
GOLDEN JAGUAR JEWELLERY SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and other marketplaces.
You will handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance reporting to optimize sales and customer experience. The role requires 2+ years in e-commerce operations or digital marketing, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and familiarity with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Admin, E-Commerce or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Temu, Zalora).

- Manage e-commerce sales, promotions, and social media.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for daily operations across various platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces ensuring a seamless customer experience while optimizing sales performance.
Manage product listings (uploading, updating, and optimizing content: title, images, descriptions, pricing, etc.)
Manage e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, etc)
Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales (e.g. 7.7, 8.8, Payday Sale)
Analyze sales data and generate performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or platform dashboards
Regularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trends
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces (Temu, Zalora, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of basic editing (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
- Understanding of SEO / Google Ads / Meta Ads
