We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Account Operations Executive to support our daily operations, particularly during peak business periods. This role focuses on inventory management and operational processes.

Assist with stock movement and allocation between the wholesale and retail channels.
Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and accounted for at every stage.
Support the full operational flow with clearing partners and refiners, from collection through to settlement.
Coordinate the collection and delivery of items, directing the Company's runners to the relevant clearing partners.
Issue invoices to clearing partners and follow up on assays, refining, and returns.
Reconcile assay results, weights, and settlement values from clearing partners against invoiced and locked figures.
Track realised margin on each batch and identify any leakage or shortfall.
Investigate and escalate discrepancies in assay, weight, pricing, or FX.
Ensure all operations transactions are accurately and completely recorded in the ERP system.
Prepare operations and margin reports for management review.
Minimum Diploma qualification with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Honest, detail-oriented, and trustworthy (handles high-value transactions).
Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in cash handling, basic accounting, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance procedures is a plus.
