Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the End User Computing (EUC) Operations Team, supporting configuration services and customized customer projects.

You will coordinate activities across Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations and Customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This long-term contract role requires 3+ years of experience and mandates permanent US hours/night shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Project Coordination or similar roles.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in executing complex customer projects.
• Review documentation and create project profiles in systems.
• Submit, track, and coordinate projects through the lifecycle.
• Coordinate project-specific part numbers and configurations.
• Manage activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, timelines, risks, and escalations.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and customers.
