• Management of optimization projects in operations
• Support for in/outsourcing projects
• Support in the planning of production lines in compliance with Lean and 5S principles

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interactions between production and development teams
• Monitor and adjust the project transfer schedule
• Draft requirements for engineering, production, and service
• Plan and validate production processes
• Incorporate production topics into projects and ensure alignment
• Create process descriptions and work instructions
• Assess risks in production processes and implement mitigations
• Drive optimization projects within the operations domain
• Provide support for outsourcing/in sourcing initiatives
• Assist in planning production lines following Lean and 5S standards
