Job summary

Signify is hiring a detail-oriented Product Marketing Operations professional to join the Marketing & Commercial Excellence team for SEA. The role focuses on product administration (I2NC), ETO processing, forecast management (QxP), and product samples/demo box logistics, pricing management.

The ideal candidate will be process-driven, organized, and capable of handling transactional tasks across product setup, pricing systems, and operational workflows within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in product administration, commercial operations, or pricing operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/PRM/pricing tools (SAP, Vistex, CPQ or equivalent).
• Proficiency certification in sales analytics tools such as SAC, C4C, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Process-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate data integrity and accuracy of product master data in SAP across channels.
• Submit and track 12NC activations (PRT) to country teams.
• Manage the PIPO process by auditing SKU records and databases.
• Receive, validate, and submit ETO requests; track approvals and logs.
• Activate ETO 12NCs via PRT and configure pricing.
• Perform monthly/quarterly QxP uploads into pricing tools and fix discrepancies.
• Configure pricing tiers in Vistex and SAP; support CPQ standardization.
• Support NPI ramp-up with sample activation and demo box requests.
• Maintain CLP setup and related lifecycle documentation.
• Follow SOPs and implement process improvements.
