Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites a seasoned Commercial Operations, Pricing and Insights Manager to lead and integrate commercial operations, pricing, data analytics, digital enablement and BI to support profitable growth.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders to strengthen governance, execution, and insight generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years in commercial operations, pricing, analytics or related roles.
• Proven people management of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong pricing governance and analytics experience.
• Experience with digital transformation and data/AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern commercial operations processes with continuous improvement.
• Drive sales performance management, incentives, targets and reporting.
• Strengthen enablement through tools, cadences and dashboards.
• Oversee pricing governance, policy, and data quality.
• Translate data into insights to support planning and performance management.
• Lead country-level strategic planning and stakeholder partnerships.
