Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for the company-wide user engagement platform, spanning Push, Email, In-App Messaging, and SMS. You will drive governance, personalization, and analytics, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other teams to deliver differentiated communications at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with platform products, CRM, notification platforms, growth platforms, or user engagement products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and continuous iteration of the company-wide user engagement platform across Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, and SMS.
• Establish a centralized communication calendar and resource management mechanism to reduce overlapping or excessive outreach.
• Build user preference and consent management to enable differentiated communications by region, language, lifecycle, behavior, and consent status.
• Design and optimize company-wide user communication governance mechanisms.
• Lead the engagement platform direction including dashboards, event-triggered messaging, journey orchestration, and cross-channel frequency control.
• Drive AI-powered personalization features like optimal send-time prediction, personalized content, and user segmentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Establish a measurement framework for engagement effectiveness and drive product optimization.
