Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a Senior Product Leader to join the technology leadership team and manage the Platform Product Group. This role focuses on infrastructure-facing product lines, including AI platform, compliance infrastructure, financial cloud, and developer tooling, reporting directly to the CTO.

You will shape the product strategy at a pivotal inflection point as Bybit transforms into a regulated, AI-native financial institution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in senior leadership managing 20+ PMs.
• Proven track record building platform/infrastructure products for developers.
• Strong systems thinking; define architecture, modules, and API contracts.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (fintech, crypto, or equivalent).
• Ability to drive OKR quality to outcome-based measurement.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) for internal communication with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and grow Platform Product Group (15+ people).
• Own CTO-line platform product vision and roadmap for AI, compliance, and developer tooling.
• Translate CTO-level technical strategy into concrete product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead AI-native product transformation with 100% AI documentation coverage and efficiency gains.
• Drive killing feature strategy for AI agent platform and user growth.
• Own customer service evolution with proactive, automated resolutions.
