Job summary

Bybit Limited in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the planning and strategic direction of our core data platforms, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business units to deliver high-impact solutions.

You will drive end-to-end data collection, governance, AI-enabled analytics, and regulatory reporting, while creating bilingual product docs (English and Chinese) and enabling cross-market adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Math, Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proficient in SQL and familiarity with ML models.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and strategic direction of core data platforms from research to delivery.
• Define end-to-end data collection, data quality governance, and monitoring standards.
• Explore and implement AI applications within data platform products and upgrades.
• Lead regulatory data compliance: translate requirements into data definitions and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources with engineering, QA, and business units; establish collaboration and release processes.
• Create product documentation in English and Chinese; deliver training and enablement sessions.
