Bybit Limited is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape platform-level systems powering its global infrastructure. You will focus on areas like Compliance & Regulatory Products, User Account & Identity, Fund & Asset Infrastructure, and AI-Powered Products.

You will lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, translate complex requirements into specs, and drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-moving environment, with a focus on scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in crypto/fintech or related platforms.
• Background in crypto exchanges, fintech, brokerage, or large-scale internet platforms.
• Strong systems thinking and architecture-level product design abilities.
• Proven ability to ship complex, cross-functional products in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for platform-level systems serving millions of users.
• Translate regulatory, business, or technical requirements into clear specs.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, compliance and operations.
