Bybit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive growth, content, acquisition, localization, and technology-enabled solutions. You will translate complex requirements into scalable product strategies and work closely with engineering, data, design, and operations teams to move initiatives from concept to launch.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in data-driven environments.
• Strong track record with MRDs, PRDs, and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Refine requirements: MRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and marketing teams.
• Define success metrics and evaluate post-launch performance.
• Communicate strategy and progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
