Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Data Platform Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of core data platforms, from user research to delivery. You will standardize data collection, ensure quality, and drive AI-enabled upgrades while aligning with regulatory data requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering, QA, and business units across markets, producing high-quality documentation in English and Chinese and delivering enablement sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Math, Statistics or related field.
• Fluent in English and able to work in English-speaking environment.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with machine learning models.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proven AI implementation experience in data products or workflows.
• Understanding of finance or cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction of core data platforms lifecycle from research to delivery.
• Define end-to-end data collection, data quality monitoring and governance.
• Explore AI applications and integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Lead regulatory data compliance through data definitions and metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain release iteration processes.
• Create product docs and deliver training in English and Chinese, gather cross-market feedback.
