Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the company-wide user engagement platform spanning Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, and SMS. You will drive the roadmap, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver data-driven engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with platform or engagement products.
• Deep understanding of Push, Email, SMS, and In-App Messaging channels.
• Experience with data products, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Strong ability to design scalable governance and prioritization frameworks.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and iteration of the user engagement platform.
• Establish a centralized communication calendar to avoid overlap and sprawl.
• Build user preference and consent management capabilities across regions and lifecycle stages.
• Design governance mechanisms for company-wide engagement.
• Lead cross-channel features like dashboards, messaging engines, and journey orchestration.
• Drive AI-powered personalization, including send-time optimization and segmentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for cross-channel execution.
• Establish measurement framework for engagement effectiveness.
