Upscale Sdn Bhd is looking for a business-minded Product Design Manager (Product Owner) to lead the design and upgrade of logistics systems, covering warehouse management, fulfilment, and last‑mile platforms. You will align operational needs with system capabilities to upgrade the Express Management System from EMS 1.0 to 2.0.

The ideal candidate is focused on business requirements (about 80%) with strong communication and project management skills to drive cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or product development.
• Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in logistics systems is preferred.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, map workflows, and translate business needs into system features.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for logistics systems including Warehouse Management, Fulfilment, and Last-Mile Delivery.
• Define and design user journeys across logistics workflows and translate business requirements into system features and modules.
• Drive system upgrade roadmap from EMS 1.0 to EMS 2.0.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, IT & Development, and Warehouse Engineering teams; manage budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Product & System Design

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for logistics systems including:
• Warehouse Management (Inbound, Outbound, Fulfilment)
• Pick & Pack Operations
• Last-Mile Delivery (B2C & B2B Express)
• International Export (B2C & B2B)
• Define and design user journeys across logistics workflows.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system features and modules.
• Drive system upgrade roadmap from EMS 1.0 to EMS 2.0.
