• Experience managing end-to-end projects and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, or technology environments is a plus.

This role serves as the bridge between Operations, Business, Engineering, Regional Product Teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational challenges, translate business requirements into scalable product solutions, and ensure successful project execution from ideation through implementation.

Job Description

Product Strategy & Business Analysis

• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and business opportunities across logistics, warehouse, linehaul, first mile, last mile, service points, finance, and customer experience functions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into structured product requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend product enhancements or process improvements.
• Drive product discovery activities including stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, data analysis, and benchmarking exercises.
• Evaluate feasibility, business impact, implementation effort, and risks before proposing solutions.
• Develop business cases and justification documents for new product initiatives and system enhancements.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), process flows, and rollout materials.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, operational impact, urgency, and resource availability.
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance after launch.
• Continuously review user feedback and operational performance to identify future enhancements.

Project Management & Execution

• Lead project execution and ensure milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are properly managed.
• Coordinate with Regional Product Teams, Engineering Teams, QA Teams, Data Teams, and Operations Teams throughout project implementation.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalation points.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, requirement discussions, UAT sessions, and rollout reviews.
• Track project progress and provide timely status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper project governance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance

• Design and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.
• Validate system behavior against business requirements and expected operational outcomes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through JIRA or other project management platforms.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot, verify fixes, and ensure production readiness.
• Conduct regression testing and post-release validation to ensure system stability.
• Participate in live environment monitoring and issue resolution during rollout periods.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Manage expectations across multiple departments and align stakeholders on priorities and project timelines.
• Present project proposals, progress updates, testing results, and rollout readiness assessments to management.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure product alignment and operational readiness.
• Facilitate decision-making through structured analysis and recommendation papers.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

• Continuously review operational workflows and identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service quality, cost management, productivity, and user experience.
• Support business continuity by providing structured issue investigation and resolution support.
• Analyze operational and system data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, training materials, and rollout communications for new features and process changes.

Product Support & Incident Management

• Support production issue investigations and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Replicate and validate reported issues before escalation.
• Raise and manage JIRA tickets for bugs, enhancements, and technical investigations.
• Monitor live production performance and ensure timely follow-up of critical incidents.
• Perform impact assessments and root cause analysis for major operational disruptions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize data and reporting tools to validate product performance and business outcomes.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, adoption rates, and rollout performance.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support stakeholder visibility and project governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to support product prioritization decisions.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• 1–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations Excellence, Process Improvement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology-related functions.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
• Experience within e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, warehousing, or technology environments is an added advantage.

Functional Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management frameworks.
