Job summary

YCH DistriPark Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior warehousing and logistics leader to plan and execute daily operations in line with SOPs and business goals.

You will ensure KPI achievement, data integrity, and cost-efficient processes across multiple sites, while driving automation and digital solutions. The role requires 8–10 years in warehousing/logistics, including at least 5 in a leadership capacity, with strong skills in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

Job description

Lead the planning and execution of daily warehousing and logistics operations in alignment with SOPs and business objectives. This role encompasses strategic warehousing and logistics operations, customer service and stakeholder management, continuous improvement and cost optimization, leadership and people development, and facility, safety and compliance oversight across multiple sites or regions.

Key responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of daily warehousing and logistics operations in alignment with SOPs and business objectives

Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs, including accuracy, lead time, throughput, and service levels

Oversee system integrity by ensuring all inventory and transaction data is accurately and promptly updated

Drive operational excellence through monitoring and continuous process improvement

Lead the implementation of warehouse automation and digital solutions for greater efficiency

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring service excellence and timely issue resolution

Act as the escalation point for customer complaints, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions

Design and implement strategic initiatives to optimize warehousing and distribution efficiency, resource allocation, and cost structure

Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to warehouse and logistics teams across multiple sites or regions

Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained to high operational and safety standards

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in warehousing and logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations and leading cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting
