Job summary

Makna Setia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated PROTÉGÉ Procurement Executive to support our procurement for construction projects. You will assist in sourcing materials, coordinate with suppliers, process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

The role requires a bachelor’s or diploma in procurement or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel to project sites if needed. This is a full-time on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for construction materials and services.
• Support obtaining quotations, preparing comparison analyses, and recommending suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to fulfill procurement needs.
• Follow up on deliveries and monitor supplier performance against schedules.
