Job summary

SYNERLITZ is seeking a protégé (fresh graduate) to join the Ready to Work Trainee Program covering HR, account, and procurement. The contract-based role is based in Selangor with opportunities to gain exposure in construction management and project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, are recent graduates or have 0-2 years of experience, and can start in September or October.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects (including energy sector)
• Participating in site inspections and monitoring project progress
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making processes
• Developing project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules
• Collaborating with the construction management team to identify and implement process improvements
