Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in supply chain or related fields with 2–3 years of procurement experience, proficient in MS Office, and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in supply chain or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process (sourcing, purchase orders, supplier management).
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure cost savings.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and pricing data.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Projects, or Production to meet purchasing needs.
• Support inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure ISO compliance and internal controls.
• Prepare procurement reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to procurement and supply chain process improvements.
