Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure the timely sourcing of raw materials, production components, machinery, and indirect purchases while optimizing cost, quality, and lead times.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering , or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of procurement or sourcing experience , with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role , preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, metal fabrication, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement operations and supplier relationships across local and international markets.
• Experience sourcing raw materials, fabricated components, industrial equipment, or engineering-related products will be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.
• Excellent commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate favorable pricing and commercial terms.
