Job summary

Air Liquide ALBS seeks a Procurement Operations Support Lead to supervise a regional procurement team in Kuala Lumpur, guiding daily P2P activities, governance compliance, and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and expand regional coverage across APAC markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3–5 years in Global Business Services, Shared Services, or Procurement Operations, with supervisory experience.
Hands-on with e-Procurement and ERP systems (Coupa, Oracle / D365, Graphite Connect, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Lead daily procurement support operations across APAC; oversee P2P workflows and governance.
Coach multi-cultural teams; optimize workloads and ensure smooth service transitions.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement across P2P processes.
Manage P2P helpdesk queries and provide guidance on Coupa workflows.
Conduct monthly training and ensure COI communications are maintained.
