Job summary

Air Liquide's ALBS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Services to standardize and centralize TA operations across APAC. You will handle onboarding, compliance, and documentation workflows within the myHR system, ensuring accurate data and timely processes.

You will support candidates through onboarding, manage service tickets and supplier invoices using COUPA, SAP, and EPIC, and collaborate with HR and TA to uphold regulatory standards in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 1–3 years in HR admin or TA coordination.
• Strong experience with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., myHR), ServiceNow, and procurement/finance tools.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Malay is mandatory; Korean and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Upload and verify new hires' documents and data in the HRIS.
• Advance candidates to Ready for Hire in ATS workflows to trigger onboarding.
• Process employment contracts extensions via the HR platform.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and local identification creation.
• Manage candidate registrations and transition temp staff to permanent roles.
• Handle expense reimbursements and coordinate welcome kit deployment.
• Support background checks and compliance reviews (KD Prevent) across APAC.
• Process recruitment invoices using COUPA, SAP, EPIC, CTS per guidelines.
