Job summary

RPG Commerce in Petaling Jaya invites a proactive Procurement Intern to support the Supply Chain & Operations team. You will engage in procurement data management, production and delivery scheduling, and continuous improvement projects within a fast-paced omnichannel environment.

The role offers hands-on exposure to PO tracking, supplier coordination, and administrative support, with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in SCM or related field.
• 6+ month internship preferred; starting Jan 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel with Pivot Tables and Lookups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Data Management: maintain and update data including SKU, supplier, pricing, MOQ, lead time, order quantity, and delivery information.
• Production Order Follow-Up: track status of POs and production schedules; update progress and milestones.
• Order & Delivery Tracking: monitor PO status and delivery dates; consolidate supplier updates.
• Administrative & Procurement Support: data entry, filing, and basic reporting; assist with quotations and updates.
