Job summary

SKYLINE CATERING SDN BHD invites a detail‑oriented team member to support our supply chain operations in Kajang, Malaysia. You will enter and update purchase orders, invoices and shipment records, and help keep supplier data accurate.

You will also maintain Excel trackers, organize docs, track shipments and assist with basic report formatting. This hands‑on role offers real exposure to daily supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update purchase orders, invoices and shipment records in our systems
• Keep inventory and supplier data accurate and up to date
• Maintain and update Excel trackers (orders, deliveries, vendor info, etc)
• Help organize and file supply chain documentation
• Track shipment statuses and flag any delays or issues
• Support the team with basic report formatting
