• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, SCM, Pharmacy or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and optimize turnover.

• Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as needed.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or any related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
