Roles & Responsibilities:
· To formulate procurement objectives and goals to ensure every goods and services purchased are of highest quality, lowest cost and shortest delivery schedule.

· To ensure smooth implementation of purchasing activities from requisition; invitation to bid; supplier evaluation and selection; award of purchase order to delivery of goods and services.

· To monitor and planning real estate development projects through liaising with authorities and agencies.

· To prepare project cash flow and related administrative matters.

· To counter check goods and services delivered are of correct specifications, quantity and quality standards.

· To evaluate and monitoring of supplier’s performance.

· All purchasing records are properly documented and stored.
