Job summary

Pan-United Corporation Ltd, through MMS in Tg Langsat, seeks a procurement professional to manage quotations, negotiate terms, and support the procurement team across Malaysia and Singapore. You will liaise with users to capture their needs and drive value in purchasing decisions.

The role involves updating weekly maintenance costs, attending operations and management meetings, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Studies or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in procurement/supply chain or related field.
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules and maintain positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and value.
• Source quotations for requested items.
• Liaise with users to understand requirements and add value to procurement team.
• Oversee and support MMS and Singapore-based teams in procurement activities.
• Update weekly maintenance cost and minutes of meeting; attend operations meetings.
• Monthly: update maintenance cost, attend management meetings.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

Oversee & support Procurement activities for MMS, FS

Updating Weekly Maintenance Cost and Operations Minutes of Meeting

Attend Operations Meeting

Monthly:

Attend Management Meeting

Others:

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Supply Chain or equivalent


• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• Able to work independently with positive attitude under tight schedules


• Good communication and interpersonal skill


• Knowledge of Oracle is preferable


• Proficient in MS Office


• Strong sense of responsibility and highly energized
