Job summary

Pan-United Corporation Ltd, through MMS in Tg Langsat, seeks a procurement professional to manage quotations, negotiate terms, and support the procurement team across Malaysia and Singapore. You will liaise with users to capture their needs and drive value in purchasing decisions.

The role involves updating weekly maintenance costs, attending operations and management meetings, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Studies or Supply Chain or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in procurement/supply chain or related field.
Ability to work independently under tight schedules and maintain positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms and value.
Source quotations for requested items.
Liaise with users to understand requirements and add value to procurement team.
Oversee and support MMS and Singapore-based teams in procurement activities.
Update weekly maintenance cost and minutes of meeting; attend operations meetings.
Monthly: update maintenance cost, attend management meetings.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
All other duties as assigned.
