Job summary

Pan-United Corporation Ltd in Tg Langsat, Malaysia, invites applications for a Financial Assistant to support day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, inventory, invoicing, and journal postings. You will reconcile bank statements, prepare reports and assist with audits under supervision.

Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is required while complying with safety policies. The candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong MS

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year’s experience in related field.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and be a dynamic team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP, inventory and/or AR functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements.
• Prepare journals, reports and audit schedules as required.
• Attend inventory stock-take.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and customers as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Manage day-to-day AP, inventory and/or AR functions

Ensure timely and accurate billing and/or processing of invoices for payment

Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements

Prepare journals, reports and audit schedules as required

Attend inventory stock-take

Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and/or customers where necessary

To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible for your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of Accounting Oracle is an advantage

Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude, and a dynamic team player

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Education and Experience:
