Job summary

Life Biopharma Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan invites applications for a front-line support role. Diploma holders or above are welcome; science-related fields are an added advantage. Familiar with Microsoft Office and strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills are preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage but not required; you will coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare order forms, source and obtain quotations from suppliers and service providers.
• Liaise and follow up with suppliers to confirm order details, availability and delivery to make sure orders are received in a timely manner.
• Verify goods received and report any discrepancies or rejects from QC.
• Manage and maintain records of company maintenance schedules to ensure servicing is completed on time.
• Coordinate with relevant department and users to arrange maintenance and repair requirements.
• Contact and liaise with supplier and service providers to arrange repair, servicing and maintenance work.
