Job summary

Microlambda Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our scientific and biomedical equipment sales operations. You will coordinate sales activities, prepare quotations and tender submissions, review technical specs, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.

The role offers exposure to technical product knowledge and potential progression to a Product Specialist with sales incentives and commissions.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in scientific/medical equipment, laboratory equipment, technical sales, tender preparation or sales coordination is an advantage.
• Able to read, understand and interpret technical specifications and tender requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
• Good coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple quotations, tenders and deadlines.
• Willing to travel locally and outstation when required.

Sales Coordinator - Biomedical Equipment

As a Sales Coordinator at Microlambda, you will play an important role in supporting our sales operations for scientific and biomedical equipment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations and tender submissions, reviewing technical specifications and customer requirements, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities and projects.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical product knowledge and gain hands-on experience in the scientific and biomedical equipment industry.

Candidates with relevant experience and strong performance may progress to a Product Specialist role, with opportunities to earn sales incentives and commission.

Salary: Up to RM4,500 per month, depending on qualifications, experience and capabilities.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Physics, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
