Job summary

Hannover Re invites applications for a Procurement & Facility Management Intern in Malaysia. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, event execution and administrative tasks within our procurement & facility management team, starting from November.

You will assist with purchase requests, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to corporate operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental projects and track progress.
• Plan and execute internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project-related activities.
• Assist with purchase requests, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
• Support vendor coordination and follow up on procurement-related matters.
• Maintain procurement records and project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
