Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or a relevant supply‑chain qualification.
• 6 months internship duration is preferred.
• Strong interest in procurement, supply chain and business operations is essential.
• Familiarity with sustainability, green procurement, or e‑procurement systems (like Oracle) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and comparison documentation.
• Support management of corporate service contracts with documentation, filing, and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives by analyzing basic procurement spend data.
• Maintain supplier records and act as a contact for routine supplier inquiries.
• Execute daily procurement tasks such as processing requisitions and orders and provide logistical support for team projects.
• Assist in risk assessment within procurement and supply chain through data compilation and verification.
