Esthetics International Group Berhad (EIG) is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage inventory planning, replenishment, and regional order processing across Malaysia and nearby markets. You will coordinate POs, PRs, and stock levels with regional teams and vendors, ensuring promotions and deliveries stay on schedule.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Trade teams, leveraging SAP and MS Office to drive forecast accuracy and timely replenishment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory planning or procurement.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Clear communicator who works well independently and solves problems proactively.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas vendors.

Aufgaben

• Inventory planning: prepare monthly replenishment reports, monitor stock levels and propose replenishment plans.
• Raise and track POs and local/regional VPOs through to goods receipt.
• Issue PRs to Production Planning by the 15th of each month with priorities.
• Coordinate stock planning, promotions and forecast vs actual sales with regional teams.
• Flag slow-moving stock and coordinate promotion packing and delivery with packers and warehouse.
• Regional order processing: liaise with HK, SG, ID, TH on monthly brand POs and shipments.
• Plan direct shipments from suppliers to Regional Offices and send HQ stock reports.
• Cover procurement/planning when a teammate is away and support ad-hoc tasks.

We’re looking for a sharp, organised Procurement Executive to keep our inventory healthy, our regional offices supplied, and our promotions stocked on time.

What You’ll Do

Inventory Planning

Prepare monthly Replenishment Reports, monitor stock levels and propose replenishment plans to Business Units

Raise and track Purchase Orders (PO) and local/regional Variance POs (VPO) through to goods receipt

Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Production Planning by the 15th of each month, with finished goods required dates and priorities

Work with Regional, Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams on monthly stock planning, promotions and forecast vs actual sales

Flag slow-moving and ageing stock early, so it can be sold before it reaches short expiry

Coordinate promotion packing and delivery with third-party packers and the EIG warehouse

Drive better forecast accuracy and demand planning

Regional Order Processing

Be the go-to contact for our Regional Offices (HK, SG, ID, TH) on monthly brand POs, shipment status and enquiries

Plan direct shipments from suppliers to Regional Offices, including shipping, billing follow-up and credit notes

Send monthly HQ stock reports to each Regional Office and alert them when stock isn’t moving

Team Support

Cover procurement and planning work when a teammate is away

Support ad-hoc tasks as business needs arise

What You’ll Bring

Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or a related field

1–3 years’ experience in inventory planning or procurement

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP

Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail

Clear communicator who works well independently and solves problems proactively
