Esthetics International Group Berhad is seeking an Operations Executive to keep our beauty centres running smoothly and safely. You will manage procurement, vendor coordination, and frontline admin, ensuring all centre services operate reliably and compliant with policies.

You will support new centre openings, relocations and upgrades, liaising with mall management and internal teams. A Diploma and 3+ years in retail operations are preferred, with English and Mandarin fluency and willingness to

• Diploma or above with at least 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Organised, hands-on and able to follow up on details until the job is done.
• Independent but a good team player.
• Own transport, willing to travel and work night shifts for project assignments.
• Exposure to centre launches and cross-department projects.

Responsabilidades

• Source suppliers, compare quotes and follow up centre maintenance jobs from approval to completion.
• Manage pest control, fire extinguisher and water purifier services: scheduling, audits, service reports and coordination with vendors.
• Keep master records of centre keys, alarms and CCTV, including yearly CCTV audits.
• Work with Project and Sales teams on new centre openings, relocations, renovations and outlet upgrades.
• Be our contact with mall management on operational issues.
• Handle landline, mobile and Unifi setups with Admin and MIS teams.
• Prepare insurance claim documents for Finance.
• Manage operations petty cash, parking claims, cleaner salary and monthly reimbursements.

Behind every great centre experience is a team making sure everything works: the space, the service, the systems. As our Operations Executive, you’ll be that person. You’ll keep our centres safe, smooth and always ready for customers, and help launch new ones.

What you’ll do

Source suppliers, compare quotes and follow up centre maintenance jobs from approval to completion

Manage pest control, fire extinguisher and water purifier services: scheduling, audits, service reports and coordination with appointed vendors

Keep master records of centre keys, alarms and CCTV, including yearly CCTV audits

Projects

Work with the Project and Sales teams on new centre openings, relocations, renovations and outlet upgrades, from planning to execution

Mall & Stakeholder Coordination

Be our point of contact with mall management on operational issues

Apply for early closure or business closure approvals during festive seasons and company events

Central Operations & Admin

Handle landline, mobile and Unifi setups with the Admin and MIS teams

Support centre matters: credit card terminals, courier services, music and business licences, SMS account top-ups

Prepare insurance claim documents for Finance

Manage operations petty cash, parking claims, cleaner salary and monthly reimbursements

Support Softcube system matters (treatment conversion, payment adjustments, promo and item code setup)

What we’re looking for

Diploma or above, with at least 3 years’ experience in a related field (retail operations or a similar industry is a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Organised, hands-on and able to follow up on details until the job is done

Independent, but a good team player

Own transport, willing to travel and work night shifts for project assignments (e.g. renovations, new openings)
