Job summary

Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Executive to support sourcing raw materials, packaging, and related activities as the company expands.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely supplies, accurate requisitions, and regular reporting, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced organics skincare business.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience in procurement.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous to liaise with external stakeholders.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and career-driven individual to join our team as a Procurement Executive. This position is required to carry out the Company’s sourcing activities covering but not limited to raw materials, printing and packaging. The selected candidate is required to work closely with third parties and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Carry out and support the department’s day-to-day procurement activities.

Prepare purchase requisitions accurately and on time.

Ensure adequate supply of packaging and raw materials.

Provide periodic reports for superior’s review.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate supplies according to specifications.

Requirements

Min 2 years’ experience in procurement. Candidates from Personal Care Manufacturing Industry will have added advantage.

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous to effectively liaise with specific external stakeholders.

High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Good interpersonal skills.

Fast learner and able to work independently.
