Job summary

Synergy M5 Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support purchasing activities in Malaysia. You will assist in PO preparation, coordinate with suppliers, and help manage inventory for fast-paced projects.

The role involves liaising with vendors, handling urgent requests, and performing market research to identify cost-saving opportunities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.

• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Detail oriented, responsible and able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
