Job summary

BizLink Group in Penang invites a dedicated Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement, ensuring best value for money and reliable supplier partnerships.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate shipments across Malaysia, and maintain supplier records, while supporting cross-functional teams in electronics and mechanical components.

Candidates with Mandarin language ability are preferred; a diploma or bachelor's degree is suitable, and local commuting to George Town is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in purchasing, planning and sourcing of electronics and mechanical components.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred to interact with Mandarin speakers.

Responsibilities

A Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the full cycle of procurement activities, from identifying needs to securing the best value for money

Key Responsibilities

• To negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• To arrange all inbound and outbound shipments for Malaysia.
• To maintain proper filing and control of department documents.
• To maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications.
• To get more exposure to other tasks that will be assigned from time to step.
