Job summary

China State Construction & Engineering Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage daily material sourcing, quotations, and centralized procurement activities for construction projects. You will oversee material receiving, inventory, and supplier settlements while maintaining accurate records and reports across digital systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field, is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin,

Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in purchasing within the construction industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily material sourcing and quotation inquiries, including obtaining and comparing supplier quotations.
• Assist in or participate in the branch's centralized material procurement and tendering activities.
• Monitor material receiving, inspection, inventory counting, routine stock inspections, and disposal of scrap materials at project sites, ensuring timely and accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and review monthly and final material settlements with suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Compile, maintain, and submit various material reports and management records on time.
• Accurately update and maintain material-related information in Yunzhu (云筑网) and other relevant digital management systems.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Experience in purchasing within the construction industry is an advantage.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum with 1year of relevant working experience. Preferably in Constructionor its related industry.
