The role involves compiling attendance, leave and overtime, and ensuring timely submissions to HQ and the finance system.
The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate and should be comfortable using Mandarin-based systems; the position runs 5.5 days per week and requires disciplined documentation and office
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date document registers.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave and overtime compilation.
Prepare and submit monthly job assessment summaries to HQ.
Oversee site office operations, including documentation, filing and correspondence.
Prepare and submit claims to the finance system.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese to handle Mandarin-based systems.
5.5 working days per week.
Fresh graduate are welcome also.
