China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd on-site team in Klang seeks a site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and project requirements. You will coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor progress, manage materials and manpower, maintain daily records, and report to the Project Manager.
The role enforces safety policies, inspects workmanship, resolves non-conformances, and ensures completion on schedule
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
Monitor construction progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
Ensure sufficient materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet project schedules.
Enforce site safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
Inspect workmanship quality and rectify any defects or non-conformance when necessary.
Maintain daily site records, reports, and site documentation.
Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with the approved construction schedule.
Requirements
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of construction experience.
Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to the construction site working environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
