Job summary

S & F Capital Berhad is seeking a Procurement Executive to join our team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role oversees all purchasing and procurement activities for diverse construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing.

You will receive requisitions, coordinate with teams, evaluate suppliers, and manage POs/DOs while adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards and preparing procurement documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role (construction industry preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using procurement software and MS Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase requisitions and generate POs to initiate procurement.
• Research, source, and evaluate suppliers for construction materials.
• Analyze quotations, lead price negotiations, and advise on favourable terms to Procurement Manager.
• Track purchase orders, manage supplier delivery timelines, and resolve logistics delays.
• Verify supplier invoices against POs/DOs, and maintain master data for procurement.

S & F Capital Berhad is seeking a Procurement Executive to join our team in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all purchasing and procurement activities for our diverse construction projects.

What you\'ll be doing

Receive and process purchase requisitions, coordinate with internal teams, and generate Purchase Orders (POs) to initiate procurement and ensure a smooth workflow.

Research, source, and evaluate reliable suppliers for construction materials for management review.

Analyze supplier quotations and perform comprehensive cost evaluations to lead price negotiations, recommending optimal buying options and favourable payment terms to the Procurement Manager for final approval.

Proactively track critical purchase orders, manage supplier delivery timelines, and step in to resolve complex logistics delays or supplier performance issues.

Review and verify supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs)

Maintain the procurement system by managing master data for suppliers, requisitions, materials, orders, and all related documentation.

Strictly adhere to internal company policies and external quality standards (ISO 9001:2015), preparing documentation for procurement audits.

Assist manager with data migration and implementation of new procurement software, tools, or workflows to improve departmental efficiency.

Perform other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

What we\'re looking for
